George Logan

George Logan was born in Glasgow, but have lived in England for most of his life.


For thirty years from 1972, George Logan was the "Hinge" half of the "Hinge and Bracket" double act, appearing frequently on radio, television and stage in the UK.


Since retiring in 2004 after the death of his stage partner, Patrick Fyffe, Logan has been keen to do something different.

Logan speaks fluent French, and living in France has always appealed to him.

With his interest in cooking and entertaining, and the background Louie Perone has in catering, the change of direction seemed obvious.
