Speranza
De Martini won the comptention for an apprenticeship in Rome in 1815. Due to health problems it was difficult for him to attend, and he withdrew in 1918, before completing the training.
This work was sent by him to the Accademia in Venezia during his second year of study, as required by the regulations.
