I'm in love again
This series had begun life as an intimate, bohemian, off-Broadway revue in 1919.
The Shuberts bought the title in 1921 and undressed it.
"I'm in love again" and "Two little babes in the wood", both became hits, but not until Porter's first wave of popularity in 1928.
