The size of the ogre's head is such that one can walk into his gaping mouth without having to bend, and sit down on benches around a table which is the monster's tongue.

On the ogre's chops, the inscription,

"OGNI PENSIERO VO..."

which might be translated as "Fly away all thought", does not help to solve the mystery around this.
