The ANTINOO BRASCHI was excavated in April 1793 in the "Villa di Adriano" and eded to Luigi Braschi Onesti by Pius VI.

The statue was later purchased in 1843 by Gregorius XVI from Pio Braschi Onesti, and it now stands in the "Sala Rotonda", Vaticano.
